The pop-up 'In Good Spirits' at the Downtown LA Proper Hotel features mezcal-inspired drinks through Dec. 20, including a Golden Margarita with Ilegal reposado and a Sugar Plum Old Fashioned with plum liqueur. El Torito offers the Cha Cha Chata, a creamy reposado tequila drink with cinnamon, vanilla and agave notes through Jan. 11. SOL Cocina serves a seasonal Jingle Juice Margarita with AsomBroso blanco tequila, kumquats and Cointreau through Jan. 11. Solita’s The Mean One mixes AsomBroso blanco with cranberry, lime and rosemary through Jan. 11.
