Get in Loser, We're Going Apple Picking
Briefly

During my years of apple picking with kids in tow, I learned the importance of having the right tools, starting with a telescoping apple picker that extends to 12 feet. This gadget transformed my experience, allowing me to easily harvest apples from high branches without the need for a ladder. Finally, felt like a pro instead of fumbling around with a toddler on my back, chasing ripe Jonagolds and winesaps for our autumn bounty.
Visiting the Carter Mountain orchard has become an annual tradition filled with scenic views and delightful experiences, but it also prompted me to think about the harvest's ultimate purpose: using all those apples. The challenge of figuring out what to do with the fruits of my labor is always present, making the apple picking adventure a learning experience for both me and my children.
