Executive Chef Steph Jones changes the menu to highlight seasonal produce, with dishes including brulee banana bread with ginger-spiced poached banana and chocolate creme diplomat; French toast with tonka bean and miso; poached eggs with citrus labna and vegan nduja butter; Black Iberian tomatoes with cashew ricotta; and a squid roll with XO mayonnaise. Weekday INSIDERS receive 50% off their bills before midday from 1 October to 31 December 2025.
