Sumanth Das was appointed Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita. He will oversee all food and beverage operations across the resort, including Aramara, Dos Catrinas, Bahía by Chef Richard Sandoval, and MEZ Bar. His mission is to deliver unforgettable culinary journeys blending relaxed luxury with the cultural richness of Riviera Nayarit. Das has more than 20 years of international hospitality experience across nine countries. Recent roles include Director of Food and Beverage for The Hari and Holiday Inn Golden Mile in Hong Kong and senior leadership positions at The Langham Hong Kong, MGM Cotai, and Pan Pacific Singapore. He has collaborated with chefs Mauro Colagreco and Mitsuharu Tsumura.

Curating menus at MEZ Bar - known for one of the largest collections of Mexican spirits in Riviera Nayarit.
