Dough will come from the North Beach flagship using organic Central Milling grains, a poolish pre-ferment, and multiple days of cold fermentation. The menu includes exclusive items such as dry-fried wings with Grand Lake Shake, mozzarella sticks, ricotta meatballs, a chop salad, a house Kolsch from Temescal Brewing, and a Lambrusco Slushie. Hours are 11:30am–10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11:30am–11pm Friday–Saturday. Additional Flour + Water Pizza Shops are planned for other neighborhoods.
