Noma will operate a 16-week Los Angeles residency from March 11 to June 26, 2026. Reservations open Monday, January 26 at 9 a.m. PST, with a newsletter link sent January 23. Dinner at Noma Los Angeles is priced at $1,500 per person, covering the tasting menu, alcoholic beverages, a hospitality fee, and taxes, with full pre-payment required. The higher price reflects costs for transporting and housing roughly 130 staff from Copenhagen and supporting schooling for some staff children. Noma will offer a free "industry table" for hospitality professionals under 25, run a Noma Projects shop in Silver Lake, and host events with the sustainability nonprofit Mad. Additional Los Angeles collaborations include special service shifts at Chinatown’s Firstborn featuring Thunderbird bartender Tom Liu and a one-night menu with Brandon Skier and chef Anthony Wang.
