Maialino will reopen in 2027 at 67 Irving Place in Gramercy Park inside a converted office building. The D.C. offshoot Maialino Mare closed at the pandemic’s start and has not returned. Erewhon is offering select high-end smoothies for third-party delivery within a one-mile radius of 120 Leroy Street in the West Village.
