Supa Ya Ramen has reopened at Arcade on Tottenham Court Road following the closure of its Peckham and Dalston sites. The relaunch menu features signature roast chicken and corn ramen, a maple-glazed pumpkin and chilli crunch bowl, and small plates such as heritage tomatoes with ponzu vinaigrette and fennel seed furikake, plus fried chicken with apricot glaze and white sesame.
