Rich Table owners Sarah and Evan Rich are opening RT Bistro in the former O-toro Sushi space at 205 Oak Street, adjacent to their original restaurant. The pair had eyed the space for over a decade and nearly secured it five years ago. The bistro will be a more casual offshoot with a wood grill and a focus on simple, seasonal grilled vegetables. The menu will include the previously limited Rich Table burger. The two restaurants will share a connected basement for consolidated kitchen prep and storage, with Marisa Miller and Kevin Born overseeing beverages. The team is aiming for an October opening.
