Popular for its fried chicken, fish, Negroni slushies, and patio, the Land and Sea Dept. restaurant is the latest tenant in the space to shutter, following Stone Fox and Pork Shoppe. The closure comes with the lease set to expire. Parson's outposts in Logan Square and Lincoln Park will remain open; a Ukrainian Village location closed in 2023 and was replaced by Dicey's."

The One Off Hospitality restaurant offers tacos, burritos, Tex-Mex favorites like queso fundido, and an extensive whiskey selection. The West Town location opened in 2022 as Big Star Mariscos with a seafood-focused menu. The closing leaves Big Star with two outposts in Wicker Park and Wrigleyville. 551 N. Ogden Avenue."
