Food at 89 Charles features small plates such as Kaluga caviar on latkes, a shaved fennel Caesar salad, and a French dip sandwich. In Hub Hall, Southie bar Stats tested pizza recipes for six weeks to replace the closed APIZZA and now serves inventive pies topped with buffalo tenders, steak and cheese, and hot honey chicken. Weekly features also include at least one bonus item like pop-ups, collaborations, or special events.
