Greater Boston experienced a surge of restaurant openings in 2025 across the metro area. Weekly highlights cover spots already open and those slated to debut later in the year. At least one featured entry is a bonus pop-up, collaboration, or event. A New England bistro reopened and rebranded at 33 E. Main St., Westborough, offering a casual fine dining menu with bouillabaisse, lobster-filled ravioli, and bacon-hash scallops. South Station Tower will house three concepts: The Moseley (seafood and steak), Proper Fare cafe and market, and a curated bar/lounge. A Burlington brewery will open a fantasy-themed taproom in Woburn next year.
