35 London bars have been named in the 500 best in the world

Named as London's best bar, and seventh on the planet, was the swanky and minimal Tayēr + Elementary. The cocktail bar on Old Street is owned by one of the world's most celebrated mixologists, Alex Kratena, with partner Monica Berg."

London has 35 bars named in the Top 500 Bars global ranking. The Top 500 Bars aggregated data from over 2,000 online sources in more than 20 languages, combining expert opinions with social media and search engine reviews. Tayēr + Elementary ranks seventh globally and is named London's best bar. The Connaught Bar, Scarfes and Satan's Whiskers rank 12th, 21st and 22nd respectively. Time Out's 2025 best bar Equal Parts appears at 261st globally and 30th in London. The full London list includes established cocktail destinations, wine bars and contemporary venues across the city.
