TMZ reports the actor is facing two charges of simple battery after he allegedly fought with two men. "LaBeouf allegedly hit one man "several times with closed fists," according to a report from the New Orleans Police Department, before returning to the scene. Despite multiple people trying to restrain him "in hopes that he would leave," he allegedly punched the same man and another in the nose. After police arrived on the scene, LaBeouf was treated by EMS workers for unknown injuries and taken to the hospital, where he was arrested."
