Rolling Loud film ft. Ty Dolla $ign, Sexyy Red, more sets theatrical release
"Rolling Loud was sparked by a chaotic real-life moment when I briefly lost my son at a music festival - an experience that was filled with anxiety, fear, and absurdity. This became a great party story and now a fun, ridiculous comedy that we're incredibly excited to bring to theater audiences with our partners at Live Nation Studios and Ketchup Entertainment."
"Meanwhile, Rolling Loud announced its only US edition of the year last month, which happens in Orlando on May 8-10 and features Playboi Carti, Don Toliver, NBA YoungBoy, EsDeeKid, Chief Keef, Sexyy Red, Destroy Lonely, SahBabii, Bossman Dlow, Nettspend, Xaviersobased, Fakemink, Pooh Shiesty, Homixide Gang, NoCap, Osamason, Che, SoFaygo, Luh Tyler, Nino Paid, TiaCorine, Molly Santana, Skaiwater, and more."
Ketchup Entertainment acquired domestic distribution rights to the comedy Rolling Loud and will release the film nationwide on September 18. The film is set at the Rolling Loud festival and stars Owen Wilson and Matt Rife, with supporting roles from Christine Ko, Christian Convery, Jolene and Henry Winkler. Hip-hop artists such as Ty Dolla $ign, Sexyy Red and Ski Mask The Slump God make appearances. Writer-director Jeremy Garelick says the film was inspired by briefly losing his son at a music festival, turning a chaotic, anxiety-filled moment into a party-story comedy produced with Live Nation Studios.
