Camila Mendes has been cast as Teela, the lead heroine in the long-awaited live-action reboot of Masters of the Universe, alongside Nicholas Galitzine's He-Man.
The film, set to release on June 5, 2026, has been in development for several years and is now under the direction of Travis Knight.
Masters of the Universe, based on Mattel's 1982 toyline, previously inspired an animated series and a live-action film featuring Dolph Lundgren.
This reboot is expected to deliver a fresh take on the iconic franchise and revive interest in its characters and storylines.
