Drew Struzan died at 78 on October 13. His death was announced via his official Instagram account by his brother Greg, who noted how much joy Struzan expressed about fans appreciating his art. Struzan had been battling Alzheimer's disease. His poster work included Blade Runner, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Back to the Future, Risky Business, The Goonies, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, and the special edition of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. He said his favorite project was always the next one to preserve creativity. Colleagues and filmmakers offered tributes praising his legacy and emotional artistry.
