Katie Stevens Is "The Most Hopeless Romantic Of Them All"
Briefly

Katie Stevens stars as Cora McLeod in the three-part movie trilogy Providence Falls, based on a book series. The story follows Cora's forbidden romance with Liam O'Conner in 1844 Ireland, which gets complicated when Liam is transported to present-day Oregon by angels. The series combines elements of period drama, time travel, and romance, offering Stevens the chance to portray two versions of her character. She highlights the unique challenges of the project, such as doing a period piece and filming in Ireland, and expresses her joy working on this ambitious adaptation.
I feel like I had so many challenges and firsts with these movies, getting to kind of do a period piece and also the procedural cop aspect of things.
This story blends romance, time travel, destiny. It's such a fun twist on a typical Hallmark movie.
I had the best time on this project and got to challenge myself in so many unique ways, and surprised myself in many of these facets.
Stevens embodies Cora in both worlds, exploring the strong connection between love, friendship, and time transcending obstacles.
