Michael Caine, aged 92, signalled another potential retirement while accepting a lifetime achievement award at the Red Sea International Film Festival. He said he had kept going until 90 and felt he had "had all the luck you can get." He was introduced and wheeled onstage by Vin Diesel, with whom he will reunite for a belated sequel to The Last Witch Hunter. Caine previously retired in 2009 and again in 2021 but returned for Medieval (2022) and The Great Escaper (2023). He has offered mixed messages about continuing, citing age and the limited roles available.
