A 131-year-old warehouse, featured in 'Halloween III: Season of the Witch,' is being demolished due to safety concerns after a 6.4 magnitude earthquake damaged the building in 2022.
Concerns about public safety led to the decision to demolish parts of the historic Loleta Creamery, with the future usage of the property remaining uncertain.
'I'm not a fan of taking down history,' said co-owner Nadia Matthews, expressing a desire to salvage what remains of the old milk-bottling plant.
Built in 1892, the plant was transformed over the years, with sections now being removed due to vulnerability to seismic damage.
