Jean-Marc Lacasse, a Sudbury auctioneer, revealed he is owed nearly $3,000 for renting antiques used in the film. The items included leaded glass, antique quilts, and a child's wicker rocker, highlighting the film's intent to depict its fictional world with convincing detail. He emphasized how vital timely payments are for sustaining local businesses.
