Video: House Tour | Bea Bongiasca
Briefly

In a vibrant showcase, jewelry designer Bea Bongiasca presents her Milan apartment, adorned with elements that reflect her design ethos. Located near Milan's Parco Sempione, her home is a colorful homage to the 1960s, realized with Massimiliano Locatelli. Features such as a conversation pit and colorful Murano lamps highlight her artistic vision. With a penchant for vivid hues in her work, Bongiasca considers her jewelry a source of escapism. She also humorously shares her collection of faux foods and unique bag charms, while her custom bedroom adds a personal touch to her lively living space.
I live in front of Parco Sempione, which is the biggest park in Milan. This house was built in the 1960s, and with Massimiliano Locatelli from Locatelli Partners, we wanted to create an homage to that era.
I see my designs as a form of escapism. This is my bedroom. The bed frame was custom designed, and it is upholstered in hot pink neoprene.
I guess you could really say that all jewelers are hoarders. I use a lot of colors in my jewelry to convey happiness.
These colorful lamps come from Murano, the birthplace of glass. You might ask, do I cook? No. Do I host dinner parties? Yes.
