Business Insider conducted a survey of successful men to determine their favorite shoes. While sneakers emerged as the top choice—often from classic brands like Nike and Adidas—other footwear options included authentic cowboy boots and luxury loafers. Each participant shared personal preferences that reflect their professional style, blending comfort and business casual aesthetics. Noteworthy responses included Bryce Grandison, a real estate agent who rotates trendy sneakers, and Rob Beiderman, a venture capitalist who favors Allbirds for their sustainable design, showcasing the intersection of style and professionalism in their selections.
"Man, I love shoes," Bryce Grandison, 28, told BI. "I love to keep it business casual always, anytime, anywhere I go. Ideally, no matter what I have on, I want to come across as a business professional."
Rob Beiderman, 38, founded Asymmetric Capital Partners in 2021 and is now the fund's managing partner. He specifically loves the brand's Tree Runners, which are made from eucalyptus tree fiber and designed for walking.
