10 Reasons to Buy the New Issue of AnOther
"memory takes a lot of poetic license. It omits some details; others are exaggerated, according to the emotional value of the articles it touches, for memory is seated predominantly in the heart."
"Their memories - deep-rooted, poetic, selective - populate this issue, shifting the collective memories of our times, defining this moment and creating new memories for the future."
"My collaborative process is very relationship focused. What we always have in common, as artists, is a deep love and respect for our own art as well as each other's,"
"We begin by working like friends rather than colleagues. From this, the collaboration follows."
The Autumn/Winter 2025 issue centers on Memory and invokes Tennessee Williams' notion that memory takes poetic license and is seated in the heart. Contributors across fashion, music, film and art respond to Memory through photography, interviews, fashion editorials and essays. The issue features Lisa of Blackpink in a wide-ranging conversation about collaboration and alter egos, photographed by Johnny Dufort and styled by Katie Shillingford. Kirsten Dunst and Dev Hynes also contribute perspectives alongside other artists. The creative responses aim to reshape collective memories, define present cultural moments and generate new memories for the future.
