Ilkay Gundogan says Germany's 2-0 win over Denmark was a "game to remember"

"It was a game to remember. It was kind of weird, to be honest. A very tight match, and we got a bit lucky. Denmark defended very well throughout most of the game, but we deserved the victory," Gündoğan said.

"It was a great atmosphere. When the anthem was playing, you could really feel that the crowd was ready to support us. I didn't expect anything less from Dortmund, to be honest."

Gündoğan was not the only person who noted that the crowd energizes the squad. Even coach Julian Nagelsmann could feel the energy in the stadium.
