Women aged 40 and older gathered in Chicago for the 40+ Double Dutch Club's 3rd National Playdate.
The club was founded to promote self-care and provide a space for women to relive their childhood joy of jumping rope.
The club's local chapters, or sub-clubs, meet weekly for jump rope sessions and socializing.
