Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, and Sweden are experiencing a decline in some areas without a strategic erosion. The Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Romania, and Spain are stagnators, showing no improvement or deterioration. Poland is attempting to restore the rule of law but faces challenges due to presidential vetoes.
