Hungary is the only one of the 31 NATO member states that has not yet approved Swedish membership in the military alliance, despite vows by Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
Recently, the right-wing Hungarian government said it felt 'insulted' by Swedish criticism of the state of the rule of law in Hungary.
