Storm Boris death toll rises as floods continue to ravage central Europe

Death toll due to devastating flooding reaches at least 15 as many areas brace for more torrential rain. At least 15 people have now died in flooding caused by Storm Boris in central and eastern Europe.
Authorities said the flooding has been the worst central Europe has seen in at least two decades, with border areas between the Czech Republic and Poland especially hit hard.
Seven other people were missing on Monday, up from four a day earlier. In Romania, the flooding killed at least six people over the weekend.
Television footage showed streets in the Polish region of Klodzko strewn with debris and mud. People are trying to salvage what they can and are appealing for help.
