The Russian Ministry of Defense wants to have as many civilians as possible at its disposal and from the end of next year it will exclude those diseases that do not have a significant impact on the military capacity as a reason to avoid conscription.
It is clear that it is becoming more and more difficult for them to allocate money to Ukraine... We see no reason why our objectives should be revised.
