Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday as part of a Middle East trip that also includes Saudi Arabia.
Negotiations dominated by oil Putin is due to hold talks with UAE President Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi before traveling to Saudi Arabia for his first face-to-face meeting with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman since October 2019.
