Russia has now completed its deployment of tactical nuclear weapons to Belarus, President Alexander Lukashenko said late last month.
U.S. national security adviser Jake Sullivan said in June that Mr. Putin had begun 'to take steps to station tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus.'
