The Russian authorities said on Saturday that 11 people had been detained in connection with the attack on a sold-out rock concert near Moscow the night before, as the death toll climbed to at least 93 people.
U.S. security officials said they believed it was carried out by a branch of the terrorist group known as the Islamic State in Khorasan, or ISIS-K, which has been active in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Iran.
