The Irish public's donations reached €900,000 for the Red Cross Ukrainian appeal last year, reflecting a strong commitment to aiding those in crisis.
The annual report highlighted that the Red Cross also raised significant funds for relief efforts in Palestine and provided over €1.6m for emergency assistance in Turkey and Syria.
