Doctors Without Borders halts Russian operations after losing legal status
Briefly

Doctors Without Borders, known as Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF), announced it has halted operations in Russia after the justice ministry removed its legal authorisation.
The decision applied specifically to the Dutch branch of MSF since it was the only active association in Russia, effectively terminating their presence in the country.
MSF has worked in Russia for 32 years, providing vital medical assistance to marginalized populations, but now joins a list of banned foreign charities.
Since the Ukraine invasion, MSF has significantly extended its aid, supporting over 52,000 refugees and displaced individuals affected by the conflict.
