Community e-waste drop-off will take place Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Park Padel in Embarcadero Plaza, San Francisco. Attendees can bring consumer electronics, laptops, monitors, accessories, cables, and other tech clutter for secure, responsible disposal; a full accepted device list is coming soon. Every person who drops off devices receives a token redeemable for swag or entries to win one of five Xbox Series S consoles. The event is free and open to the public and IT community (no bulk commercial dumping); RSVP helps planning but walk-ups are welcome. Hosts include Rippling IT, Mac Admins Foundation, and Galide (R2v3-certified), with complimentary refreshments, music, and networking.
