Wolves and Leicester City have entered the race to sign Bayer Leverkusen centre-back Odilon Kossounou, who has also attracted interest from Crystal Palace and Newcastle United.
Leverkusen’s managing director Simon Rolfes mentioned that although they are planning with Kossounou, it is certainly possible he could leave before the window closes.
Despite Crystal Palace's interest in Kossounou as a potential Marc Guehi replacement, they may look to sign Wolfsburg's Maxence Lacroix instead due to financial constraints.
No club has yet made a concrete offer for Kossounou, but given his lack of playing time, his exit from Leverkusen is now anticipated.
