Manchester United approach former favourite for coaching role, but there's a problem: report

According to transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano, Ruud van Nistelrooy has been approached to become a part of Erik ten Hag's staff at Manchester United.

Van Nistelrooy has previously expressed his desire to work in the Premier League in some sort of managerial role, stating he wants to coach in Spain, the Premier League, and the Bundesliga.
