A 14-year-old boy unleashed carnage inside the halls of his elite school in the Serbian capital of Belgrade Wednesday morning, fatally shooting eight children and a security guard.Police responded to Vladislav Ribnikar school in Vračar, an upscale area of the Serbian capital, around 8:40 a.m. on Wednesday, the same day classes resumed after a long weekend for the May 1 holiday.
