"It's a reminder to everybody that there is another way to do this," the school's former president, Laura Sparks, said. "As a sector, we need to find more ways for more students to be able to afford a really excellent college education."
The unprecedented announcement was made possible by $6 million grants made by generous donors, the school told the New York Times. This marks an exceptional moment for the institution and its community.
