In a recent email, Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters mandated that all enrolled students must watch his video praying for the country and former President Trump.
Walters emphasized, "We are in a dangerous time for this country. Student's rights and freedoms regarding religious liberties are continuously under assault," indicating his firm stance on religious freedoms.
The newly announced "Office of Religious Liberty and Patriotism" aims to counteract what Walters sees as the growing influence of "woke teachers' unions" and promote student patriotism.
Walters' directive included showing the prayer video to all students and sending it to parents, highlighting his commitment to instilling patriotism in Oklahoma's educational system.
