St. John's University medical students will work on eerily lifelike mannequins that 'speak, sweat and cry'
Briefly

St. John's University's new $106 million health center includes advanced training tools like lifelike mannequins and virtual reality, enriching the educational experience for health students.
'They can do everything. Speak, sweat, cry, and blink,' said Simulations Director Christopher Naidu, highlighting the mannequins' capabilities which allow students to practice emergency scenarios effectively.
'Their vision really got put into the product,' Lin Huang, a junior nursing student, praised the facility's innovative approach to health science education and practical training.
'Normally we would practice on each other... but with the mannequins we can assume a lot of different sicknesses,' said Andrea Lin, emphasizing the versatile training opportunities.
