Inspectors from the education watchdog gave the school its lowest 'inadequate' rating citing chaotic breaktimes, inconsistent response to bullying, and unresolved issues with racist language and sexual harassment.
Acting head Mr Sternberg informed parents about the academy order, reassuring them of the commitment to transparency and improvement: '...we are determined to see this an opportunity for change and improvement in our school, and we are working hard to make that happen.'
