Ritzy Chappaqua high school suspends LGBTQ rapper for freestyling gay 'slurs' - but he says it was satire : lawsuit

An LGBTQ high school student in Chappaqua was wrongly suspended for dropping gay 'slurs' in a 'satirical' freestyle rap recorded at a friend's home, according to a lawsuit.

The student used 'fa-t' and 'twinks' in the rap, which his legal team argued as 'over the top parodies of rap music's obsession with violence, crime, and sexuality.'
