California's Golden Gate University School of Law will not be forced to reopen this fall-at least not yet...fraught with the likelihood that the school may not reopen for the new school year.
Setbacks are better than being SOL. The judge is allowing the complaint alleging that the school violated its obligations to its students to be amended...we have to wait and see how it plays out.
