Some girls have vulvas, some girls don't. Some boys have a penis but not all boys do. EJ is not a girl or a boy, use 'they/them/their'.
It's beyond inappropriate. Graphic content like this should be introduced at home, not in schools. One mom concerned about the level of detail in kindergarten.
