Every night for the past two months, Josue Hernández, a senior at Mission High in San Francisco, has attempted to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA.
As announced Monday, the Department of Education only began sending out students' FAFSA data to colleges on Sunday, months later than in years past.
