We want to be a part of the solution. There's so many issues like gentrification and homelessness that are so profound in our area of the city. We want to be a part of the solution.
The youth council will increase visibility on the issues facing young people of color, offering a space for teens to take initiative, learn leadership skills, and have a voice in their community.
