Lawsuit: Alum Rock school district covered up convicted teacher's abuse of students

Eleven girls sue Alum Rock Union School District, claiming administrators conspired to cover up former teacher's sexual abuse and move him around schools instead of reporting him to authorities.

Former teacher, Israel Santiago, convicted of lewd and lascivious acts with a child, was arrested after students, parents, and teachers reported him.
