The e-learning tool on aitcdashboard.ca offers multimedia content, lesson plans, and mini-modules, aiming to educate students and teachers on modern agriculture complexities and the significance of sustainable food production.
"By providing students with access to accurate and engaging information about agriculture and food production, we can empower them to make informed food choices," states Mathieu Rouleau, executive director of AITC-C.
Kelly Daynard, executive director of Farm & Food Care Ontario, mentions that collaborating with AITC-C responds effectively to educators' demand for The Real Dirt on Farming utilization within classrooms.
